Payment

All Membership Fees are Non-Refundable

Customers are responsible for making payment for services.  Payments must be made either online, by check, or money order depending on what is deaned best by SmallCollegeFootball.com and the individual customer.   No refunds of any kind.  Website and web hosting fees are good for one full year. After that the customer must pay a renewal fee in order for services to continue. No customer may assign or transfer his or her membership to any other person or entity. 

Warranty

SmallCollegeFootball.com does not guarantee the outcome of any of their services.  SmallCollegeFootball.com will put its greatest effort to showcase prospective players and help college coaches recruit quality athletes, but does not guarantee that any prospective player will be recruited or college coaches will get the best athlete.

Usage Policy

Members agree that they will not post any information on their profile deemed offensive (such as profanity) in any matter. SmallCollegeFootball.com holds the right to remove offensive material and cancel memberships of any member who partakes in this behavior.

Privacy Policy

Members' information will not be given to any third parties without the permission of the member.

Intellectual Property Rights

Everything on this website is owned by SmallCollegeFootball.com and can not be used without expressed written permission. This includes items such as text, data, graphics, company logos, computer programming, images, software, videos, designs, and other content that users see or read. Users may not copy, download, use, redesign, reconfigure or re-transmit anything from this site nor post or distribute any material they do not own without the expressed written permission of SmallCollegeFootball.com. Violation of this policy may result in copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights violations, and subject users to termination from the use of this site or civil or criminal penalties.
